Ordinary Americans Oppose THIS Stimulus The Stimulus Bills currently moving through Congress cost too much and stimulate too little. President Obama and leaders in the House and Senate should scrap their current schemes and instead focus on tax cuts and spending proposals that stimulate economic activity NOW. Long term "investment" programs in education, energy, health care, etc. should be pulled from the stimulus package, debated, and dealt with as part of the normal appropriations process.
