its high time that citizens come out and protest against the misconduct of some of the Supreme Court judges to protect the democracy in the country.

Need to find out the hidden agenda behind justice Loya

Surely it is concern as citizens of India ,nations judiciary working under ruling party.its dangerous for democracy.

It is extreemly important to investigate impartially and thoroughly as there are clear pointers to show that Justice Loya did not die naturally. The whole matter starting from the murder of Haren Pandya snowballing in to a series of murders / encouners and deaths apparently to cover up the political murders need to be corelated and the conspiracy angle must be analysed.

Cross examination of witnesses are part of judicial system. Witnesses need to be treated as witnesses only.
