We want enquiry in Loya death.

I am against the verdict, giving clean cheat to Amit Shah and his accomplices in Advocate Loya case , The 4 senior judges who held the PC in January said that the assignment of Judge Loya's case by CJI(to Court 10 then)was not proper. It was then withdrawn by CJI to his bench(with 2 judges from Maharashtra). They now rely on statements(of 2 judges from there) to dismiss petition! instead of no Admitted Affidavits .

Let the full Supreme Court Bench examine all the facts and then if necessary, order as judicial enquiry
