We the undersigned, Call on West Sussex County Council's Highways department, to lower the speed limit to 20mph on Orchard Road Horsham and all surrounding roads or to place in traffic calming measures, to make it safer for all Residents and Children

I was watching the cars fly down Orchard Road while walking my dog earlier and it really hits home why this needs to happen because it is just way too fast for a residential area. I am still plugging away at the emails to the council folks though they are taking their sweet time getting back to me so please just hang in there.

This area should definitely be reduced to 20mph, I struggle to hear my tv when my windows are open and traffic is rushing by.

way too fast on this road. saw a cat get hit last month and i know its only a matter of time before a person gets hurt. just slow them down.

Its getting dangerous crossing the road with my two toddlers. People use this street like a racetrack to cut through traffic during rush hour.
