This petition is in Opposition to Z-10 (2017), Prime Senior Living Group, LLC’s petition to rezone property on the West side of Mars Hill Rd, north of Burnt Hickory Rd for an 160,000 sq. ft. Supportive Residential Senior Living Facility.
Per Cobb County Code Sec. 134-203.1. - RSL supportive residential facilities, are to be located within an Activity Center.
The location of Z-10 is outside and not adjacent to an activity center, therefore, does not meet the Purpose and Intent per Cobb County Code. The proposed building is also four stories in height which is out of character and keeping of the area.
By signing this petition, you are requesting Z-10 be denied by the Cobb County Planning Commissioners and the Board of Commissioners.
