I object to the proposed variance requested for the 100' tower on NE 2 Avenue and 104 Street.

I strongly oppose granting a variance for a 100 foot tall cellular tower on NE 2nd Avenue and 104th Street for health reasons.

I strongly support this petition not to allow the cellular tower. I have been a resident of miami shores for mnay years. This is a residential neighborhood overpopulated with schools and family homes. We take pride in our properties and our community. A tower of this sort will adversely affect property values and will put us all at risk of health hazards

I'm sure we can come up with an alternate site for the tower, perhaps on Biscayne away from homes?. There are numerous locations such as the Kmart or the mall on 91 across from publix?
