SO many safety and ethics issues with this company. Our beautiful, small community simply does not need this type of damage for the sake of less than 80 (out of state!!!) jobs.

It appears the only things U S Nitrogen has brought to this area are dishonesty, incompetence and danger. Greene County will not tolerate it!

Numerous concerns with this facility. Especially the impact on our environment and possibly even affecting residents health. Their is no warning system in place and their had already been unexpected release of toxic gasses. This situation is not ok with me

It is a whole lot cheaper to prevent an a tragic accident than to clean one up after the fact, when lives & property have been destroyed. And it is foolish to think something horrible won't happen.

Live within 8 miles of this dangerous plant. But it is all the children that go to to the two schools and families who live nearby that is of the greatest concern. Our government should never have allowed this plant and also Praxair to locate here. And to take water from our beautiful river is a affront to all of us. To be allowed to take FREE water is a smack in the face to all the citizens of Greene County . It is going to ruin our beautiful river and all the wildlife that depend on it. It is extremely dangerous to all the people who live here ànd should never have been allowed to locate here.

You are indeed a very dangerous business. Please move out of Greene County NOW. The only thing you have done is building pipelines over farming land and start polluting the local river, once called the great Nolichuckey! You also have released poison in the air then calling it just orange clouds? If your company is so good, I think the top executives to show faith should have to live by the company for 10 years! You are proceeding to kill the environment! Please someone shut this atrocity down!

Where is the EPA? Why is TDEC allowing continuing violations of Federal laws? CAA, CWA and NEPA. Where is the EPA?
