We don't have the road space to accommodate more traffic, the schools are full enough as it is and we need forever residents not temporary.

How do the water rights affect the water table that all of Rancho Sahuarita depends on? Just because they may have obtained water rights does not mean there is enough water to support the increase in population. This is a critical limiting factor to building that needs to be seriously studied.

I oppose of these plans because of the potential negative impact this may bring to Rancho Sahuarita homeowners.

this is not good for Sahuarita. Property values will go down, and they are already down.

If they're not part of Rancho Sahuarita and paying HOA fees to take advantage of our amenities we don't want them here. Plus that's too many additional people and would crowd our living space.

Without appropriate finances for education, amenities and traffic, we cannot afford this development in Sahuarita without negative consequences to current residents.

We don't want this development to take place and decrease our home values.

All negatives here. Tying in to our roads will route additional traffic through our neighborhoods creating hazards for our families. They will be using and abusing our parks they don't pay for. HOA fees which already depress our property values will increase further impacting resale of your homes. No pluses for the community at all.
