My question is: what does the Municipality of Sahuarita allow a developer when planning a residential community? Is there a Master community infrastructure code/plan for developers to comply with outside of Rancho Sahuarita? What are our building codes? Or is a developer allowed to plop down 500 residential homes simply on speculative affordability? That's where we start. Cruz Corona

All for growth, not this plan! Change it! Seperated COMPLETELY from Rancho Sahuarita and it's schools.

The burden to Rancho Sahuarita will not be offset in any way.

Too congested. Overflow into Rancho pass and amenities. School overflow.
