Opposition to the Copper Point Development Project

I am a resident and this development should not be approved until specific requirements for parks are met, long term tradfic issues are identified and solved, and any reference to apartments is removed from the plan.

No to the rezoning and Copper Point's plan! This is terrible and will ruin this beautiful community!

I oppose the Copper Point Development Project

This will decrease the value of our property.

No apartments! No low income housing options!

Is not a good match with Rancho Sahuarita and Del Webb Sonora.

Home depreciation, high traffic and increase on crime rate.

Negative impact on Rancho and Sonora. Water, Schools, Parks, street landscaping etc. are issues among others.

Not good for Sahuarita
