Come on Sahuarita, we are getting overcrowded plus the traffic and criminal activities on the rise! Wake up!

I live at 15212 S. Avenida Rancho Largo and am opposed to this development. I believe it will be too great of a strain on our current amenities and infrastructure. Additionally, I believe that apartments could reduce our property values.

I love Rancho Sahuarita the way it is. Don't want it to change for the worst.

I don't think apartments or lack of parks would go well in this area. I don't want the increased traffic. This is not a good area for this type of community. What we need is more restaurants and grocery stores, and only single family homes with proper infrastructure.

The developer is not providing the Sahuarita community with enough infrastructure funding for schools & road improvements. Also apartments should not be allowed.

At first I was excited about them opening up a road in front of the casino... It would be AWESOME to have a way to walk to/from work safely instead of walking though the desert or driving most of the time. But then reading all the comments, I feel we have enough kids/teens running around as it is. Plus, the thought of us paying so much for HOA where others will be able to use it at our expense ticks me off.

This building should not happen to our great little community. we already have a school funding problem as is.

If they paid for a new school and HOA dues like the rest of us to use our parks. They should also have to follow the HOA rules to make sure their properties are maintained. I am really against the medium density (apartment like buildings). All the residences should be single family homes at least.
