Please stop this! Our home values have still not rebounded and if this goes through, they won't!

I don't believe this is a good fit. It will overcrowd our schools, not to mention bring in a bunch of people using the facilities we pay for.

Not for apartments being built here at all. A new community isn't bad except fear of rules not being followed and property value dropping if the HOA of new development being lenient on cleanliness rules. I would feel better if they were apart of our HOA and follow our rules. New communities means we need more amenities, we are already very over crowded as it is.

This does not seem like a good fit for the space, cramming that many new homes/apartments into that small area. The entrance and exit options will also make Pima Mine Road even more congested and dangerous

the whole idea in moving to rancho was to preserve that small town atmosphere with the closeness of the city, believe our homes will loose value, crime rate will definitely go up and our school and amenities will be over crowded, NOT in favor of this new development

I DO NOT want the development projects to occur as they are proposed. This will decrease the value of the neighborhood and properties.

I don't want this builder in our community. We don't want additional people using our facilities.

Sahuarita doesn't need this. This development will have our parks, roads, and schools all over crowded.

The word apartment needs to be taken out of the proposed plan.

Apartments will bring people into the community who are not invested in it and will lower property value as apartments always do.
