This development is to close to Rancho!! Definitely opposed this development, first we need more stores, another gas station on the north side instead of this!

Sewer plant, potentially next to my home?

We just had a beautiful home built in presidio del norte, right next to the pima mine road. Last thing we want is for property value to go down, more crime rate, not enough schools to bus kids. Our community is packed as is. Will cause more traffic dilemmas. Definently opposed

I'd rather have more business than apartments.

Too much growth too fast. The existing area will be unable to keep up and everything will be over croweded. Businesses will suffer (long lines, running out of product), children will suffer with over crowed schools, parks will suffer with over use, and roads will become a nightmare with heavy traffic.

Rancho is already crowded as it is. Another housing development. The traffic will be horrible and the schools are overcrowded.

This is stupid. We have one restaurant. More business, less homes

Need more schools and amenities before they continue building more dwellings. Only going to lead to high traffic in this area.

I don't think this building of low-income housing will be right for our community.

With no plans for additional schools or recreation areas, this housing development would be a burden to existing schools and amenities.
