We do not support poor planning for adding this many students to our schools. Our district is already over populated! It's undeniable that property values will decline in addition to our own HOA facilities and fees being strained. So NO thank you!! Nothing about this makes any sense!

I opposed to homes being built so close to Rancho that are not part of the community. This will create a strain and our beautiful landscape that we all are all so proud of and pay high mo they Association fees for maintenance. And I definitely oppose apartments and a large influx of potential children going into our already crowded schools!!! 85629 resident since 2007

I really think the way things are here is the way they should stay. We have good Community and apartments may not be the best thing for this area.

My house is right up against where this development is proposed. Why have I not received any notices about this? I am angry because we picked our house 6 years ago because of the quietness of the street. If this site is built, my property value will go down and crime could increase. Not happy about this!

This is too close to Rancho, it would cause a influx of people using our trails, parks and such.

We don't need more housing developments out here straining our amenities and having our HOA fees go up more.
