Schools are overcrowded.

Our community just approved a new school to be built. My kids are in overcrowded classes today. We can't handle additional burden on facilities. I don't want multifamily dwellings anywhere near Rancho Sahuarita. These types of zoned areas pull down property values, produce additional crime, and can ruin the Rancho Sahuarita reputation. One of the reasons I moved into Rancho, was to avoid living near these types of properties in Tucson. Don't bring Tucson inner city to Sahuarita. We don't need it or want it here!

I do not want the added strain to the schools, we just passed for a new school to be built to lessen the strain of the current students not to add another 500+ students. Traffic is already difficult during rush hour times and it will only make things more difficult throughout.

I would be all for this if they had plans to build a new school or more things like what we already have in Rancho but I really don't want to deal with more people or traffic

I cannot support this housing development since it will offer apartments and could lower the value of our home. It will not be a part of Rancho Sahuarita, and a connecting road close to our home would now connect to an access road off of the freeway.

Since this development will not be apart of Rancho Sahuarita I cannot support this development.
