Our schools are already overburdened. They cannot accommodate hundreds more students. I bought in Rancho Sahuarita because of it low crime rate. Adding a community so close that does not have its own Police force will have a negative impact on our community. HOA fees rise too fast as it is. This will cause a spike in fees as it will strain our Police force, our amminities, and put more wear on the roads.

Rancho Sahuarita and our ammenities are already stretched and HOA fees are already constantly rising. We don't need an increase in taxes or HOA to accomidate additional structures that aren't well suited for the area. I hope they are planning to pay greatly toward our already overcrowded schools as well. The new ones going in won't relieve any of the congestion if this complex goes in. This is NOT good for our community.
