I do not want the height restrictions lifted. This would give the ability to look straight down into my backyard imposing on my privacy

Traffic/Privacy/Increase in crime We don't need the added traffic and we definitely don't want to set a precedent that other building lots can have six story buildings towering over our community.

As a REALTOR and resident, I strongly oppose the height restriction change as it would dramatically affect our homes resale value and impose on our privacy.

Our property oversees the proposed site, a 60ft tall building next door will invade privacy and change the neighborhood apeal. I oppose the proposal of height increase.

Our lot and home was purchased with an understanding of the original restrictions placed on the property in question.. A 20 foot berm behind our home only protects our privacy from that height restriction. Raising that restriction would limit privacy of our backyard pool, patio, etc. We are concerned for the safety and security of our home and family.

It makes no sense to invade our neighborhood's privacy and security to allow a multi-story building in this small parcel of land.

I am against increasing the 30 ft limit for this area.
Ridiculous proposal by the developer/builder. Defies all common sense!
