I want to live in a quiet residential neighborhood to raise our kids. Building taller than the standard height for commercial buildings around our neighborhood would just be the worse thing for a family friendly community.

I am extremely concerned about the height of the building. It will be sitting directly behind my home. (Pretty much in my backyard). I am concerned about the traffic this will bring as well as the violation of height requirements. I bought my home under the impression that no building would be built to tower over my family's home. I am devastated at the thought of this and am petitioning that this is not allowed in my neighborhood. Sincerely, Jacksonvile native, lover of my community

This is our neighborhood! It is primarily a residential area. Let's please preserve the ascetic and monetary values of our homes.

Recent commercial and the boom of multifamily residential construction in this area are far exceeding the capability of the available infrastructure. Please deny any variance of increased height on this property.

No. I strongly oppose this move. This is a residential neighborhood that has seen a dramatic increase in traffic over the last 5 years. We certainly do not need to add to this.
