Height will bring our property value down. This neighborhood is our retirement investment.

Should not be allowed to go over the height set now. They should work within the restrictions that are in place.

I oppose modification to 60 feet. This is a 70 % increase over the 35 foot limit. It is not appropriate

This is an inappropriate use of land. Residential homes can not exceed 35 feet and commercial areas adjacent to single family residential homes are not to be greater than 35 feet in height. T

I am opposing to the proposed property height of 60 feet. Please help the residents of James Island have some privacy and deny the developers request to build a 3 story building.

This is not necessary. It will create an invasion of privacy to all surrounding the building.

Do not change current 35 feet zoning restriction. No hardship is present, protect the rights of the community and the 35 foot restriction you set. Thank you!

The type of office towers being proposed ("intense commercial") are inappropriate to be located next to a community of single-family homes. These tall structures do not allow a proper transition of height from single residential to multi-story office building properties.

Devaluation of all properties in James Island is too high a price to pay so this developer can make more money. NO to 50' office buildings.

This building is not in keeping with the Village Walk across the street and certainly not with our neighborhood.
