We are half the kaipara catchment and the head waters of all that happens at the end of the catchment in the Kaipara Harbour. We want the kaipara harbour management removed from the Ngat Whatus AIP. I oppose Ngati Whatua's Kaipara Moana blanket claim over Te Renga Paraoa and its fisheries. Ngati Whatua and the Crown who supported this AIP need to pull their heads in and wait the finalisation of local hapu claims before processing this AIP.
