I dispute you have the support of my hapu Ngati Pakau let alone all affected hapu.
I didn't bargain for the process to concede my Tino rangatiratanga therefore I object to any agreement being reached without the mandate from all affected hapu, marae and wai claimants.

Ngapuhi, Te Mahurehure, Ngati Hau, Te Rarawa, Te Aupouri
Otatara Marae
Wai 1040.
The rohe push is to invasive into Ngapuhi Tuturu Territory and is based on whakapapa harking back to waka instead of reflecting tribal boundaries circa 1840. This push to grab mana whenua is a consequence of the Treaty "Settlement" process and negotiations including MACA considerations. THe rohe needs to be adjusted and claims held by a body closer to the regions than our Ngati Whatua whanaunga.

Lest we forget. Maori made war with Maori eons ago/taking land from here and there. Making slaves of other Maori in the process. Done on paper now it seems.......
