No Te Wahapu O Hokianga ahau. The proposal for settlement is revisiting traditionally agreed tribal holdings and boundaries without discussion or agreement with affected tribes. I refer specifically to the Whangarei harbour, the Ngapuhi held Whangarei harbour.

the true ngati whatua were wiped off the map: the real ngati whatua are the desendants of Ngati Hau: Ngati Wai: Ngati Hine: those using that name Ngati Whatua are corrupted: in terms of the provisions provided in 1835 a1: a2: a3: 1840 a2: a3: a4: 1993 preamble s2: s3: s5: s253: and under theri sworn oaths of office having a mandatory statutory duties and obligations to the whanau 1st then the Hapu and Iwi last breaches all of them under the act of treason and is binding in the house of lords the house of commons and guaranteed under the crown of Uk Great Britain: not the crown of ngati whatua or the crown of Helen clarke and john keys and likes there of: Ngati Whatua should stop using our tupuna names and status to hinder i/we anymore so cease and disisst their charde and greed:
