By adding a double lane road for Steiner Ranch to access their community, Hidden Valley will not be living up to its name. This particular neighborhood was founded upon with the intent to keep it private. As for there not being an HOA. Adding a double lane road will take away all privacy, and will help to create any unnecessary HOA. This neighborhood must remain rural to remain unique. If there is a double lane road, you can expect property value’s to dramatically drop as well as completely ruin the presence of Hidden Valley to hinder all wildlife as well.

We only have 1 way out as it is in our neighbord.. Moved to this neighborhood because it is quiet and quaint and do not want to lose that. We are not a part of Steiner Ranch.

A permanent straight, fast route through Steiner Ranch and its Associates’ property will be a far
safer option, safety should be the most important deciding factor.

The egress issues for Steiner Ranch should be solved properly and permanently by widening Quinlan Park Road, not by forcing a poor solution onto an adjacent independent neighborhood.

I strongly agree with this petition and am vehemently opposed to the Steiner Ranch Evacuation Route going through Montview Dr/Montview Acres/Hidden Valley neighborhoods. Not only does Steiner Ranch own plenty of greenspace surrounding their poorly planned neighborhood that could be utilized for an extra emergency exit route, but dumping more people through the Montview Dr/Montview Acres/Hidden Valley neighborhoods will have absolutely no positive effect on evacuation during an emergency. Montview Dr/Montview Acres/Hidden Valley is 1) very narrow and windy which would be inefficient and slow for an emergency evacuation route and 2) will dump people onto 620 just as the other roads out of Steiner Ranch does and so 620 will be backed up to the point everyone will then just be stuck inside the Montview Dr/Montview Acres/Hidden Valley neighborhoods, making it not only inefficient, but would place everyone in Montview Dr/Montview Acres/Hidden Valley neighborhoods in more danger. I also oppose the evacuation route going through any piece of LCRA property due to the fact that, as mentioned above, Steiner Ranch owns quite a bit of their own greenspace surrounding their poorly planned neighborhood and they should use that, not encroach upon other neighborhoods or LCRA property as it would be an unnecessary disturbance to our native wildlife (in addition to the aforementioned inefficiency for an evacuation route). Thank you.

I strongly agree with this petition. I also believe that the builders in Steiner Ranch should be responsible for funding any "emergency only" evacuation routes, not we taxpayers. It is the builders who have profited and over built in the neighborhood of Steiner Ranch with no regard to planning for traffic, and evacuation routes.
