If this development ever starts, by the time it has even managed to build the village will have come to a standstill because the roads will never cope. By the time anybody has moved into a house I should think they may even consider suing because of possible backed up of drains, water or sewage caused by over use in a system that has already exceeded it's original build. Once the people who have bought the new houses begin to see exactly what they have bought, they'll sell- but these developers will be long gone - they don't care about any community just about the money they can make before everything goes wrong.
