This road is not going to serve any useful purpose and its construction will be hugely disruptive. Spend the money on widening I-64 on the Peninsula

I am totally against this project. An astronomically expensive, relatively short piece of road that only bypasses Windsor will do nothing to help alleviate traffic problems. This project will be detrimental to the livelihood of our great Town. Enough money has been spent already! Make some upgrades to the existing road, but kill this idiotic project!

This is the most poorly designed road I have ever seen or heard of. While we have many accidents and the road definitely needs to be improved, this design will only add to the problem. By the way, where is the hotel in Zuni to house everyone when a hurricane/disaster strikes and they can/t get beyond that point?

This is a waste of taxpayer dollars. The original alignment had some merit, but the new alignment is unhelpful and wasteful. It still effects wetlands. The only reason it is less is because the whole project has been shortened.

This was a poorly planned project from the begining, Do not make matters worse by altering it to the North Side of Windsor. Stop wasting Taxpayers Dollars and move on to better things.

This is certainly not a well thought out plan. It disrupts numerous homes, farms and businesses. The cost is outrageous and will only then bottleneck everyone in Zuni area and puts the new route right through about the largest area of swamp/wetland with too much potential impact from highway runoff and accidents and could polute a major water source for Hampton Roads. This is about the worst thought out plan and already wasted millions of taxpayer dollars.

This was a bad idea years ago when this whole thing was brought up, and it is a worse idea now! Stop thjis waste now; don't spend one more dollar of the taxpayers money on this boondoogle project!

The whole idea of bypassing any part of it is ridicules adding a skirt on the side and raising the low spots is all that is needed.
