Please pass the word about this petition. The State of Virginia has already wasted $482 million dollars studying this project. Building a road through swamp and confiscating peoples property will not solve anything. The State is just trying to save face at this point because of the money they have wasted and have nothing to show for it.

this plan is destructive and will not solve the problem.It will only make it worse.The route goes through swamp and unstable land as well as much needed farm land.It's not a sound decision.

We moved to here because this is a small town. This bypass will go really close to two nice developments. We don't need this going through Windsor!

I think its alot of money and only a bandaid to the problem of traffic and only causng probems fo Windsor and the surrounding people. Sounds like a "Hot Mess"

Bypass north of Rt. 460 when the Intermodal warehouses and railroad are located to the south??- makes no sense whatsoever!
