There is an old saying, "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". We should not be fooled again. The general assembly does not have what is good for Scituate at heart. Think of the cities and towns that draw water from the reservoir. Then think how good their representatives in the general assembly look when they keep their constituents water bills down on the backs of Scituate's residents. They don't care about Scituate, their votes don't come from Scituate. Why help Scituate!!!!!. Not only should this bill be opposed, but we must look for some legal way to get Scituate on an even footing when it comes to negotiating with PWSB. Scituate bears the brunt of all the restrictions that go along with hosting the reservoir, but receives none of the benefits. I'm new to this issue from a nuts and bolts standpoint, but what does Warwick get for hosting the airport???
