I suggest we get a ( Bull dog ) attorney to represent the town (& its taxpayers (us) and also have any adjacent towns to join us in this VERY IMPORTANT issue !!! Also we should get our town representatives to get on board with us in this "fight " !!!

Not only did the Town of Scituate give up usable and taxable land to the City of Providence, the town has been the protector of the water shed by denying any access to the people of Scituate.

This is an obviously one sided bill that benefits the City and harms the Town. The presence of the reservoir places many restrictions and responsibilities on the Town but this bill would seem to deprive the Town and its citizens of a voice in the matter.

I fully support the defeat of this bill. It will badly effect the Town of Scituate, someone is looking to make a lot of money if this passes and it won't be any citizens of Rhode Island. It will be the biggest land grab ever.
