There is already a problem with kids going to st Mary's school and traffic. My grandson almost got hit by a car...very congested

I am deeply concerned by coyote sightings on the Carl Patterson trail recently and I believe that is because our city that was once a haven for wildlife through the vast forestry and green space that is being removed at an alarming rate for housing is displacing vast species of wildlife and they are left with no other option but to encroach residents property and then be destroyed or taken to areas that they are not given enough space relative to the amount of wildlife simply trying to survive. The local animals are being strangled and being put in a hopeless position.

Please do not take anymore of the lovely area and develop it!
Many people purchased near the green space and the trails to enjoy some nature.
Costco and many other developments are enough for the area. Besides we can't even sell what we have in the area as it is.

Please dont tear down our trees , our community is already busy enough with Costco going in behind our homes. We dont need more townhouses in this area. The road is not safe as it is.

The trails and trees are a beautiful addition to our town. Please do not change this. The enjoyment of nature and the ability to walk and bike help improve and maintain the health of all of us.
