Stop this development! This town dosen't have the infrastructure to support this development! Stop filling up your buddies pockets Brian, at the expense of this community. Lord knows that you are a wolf in sheep's clothing. We need this area to support our ecosystems and protect what lives in this area.

Stop with the destruction of our forest areas and animal habitats! It’s not necessary to add this high density development in this area!

So much clear cutting in Wasaga Beach already; with climate change also makes it prone to flooding; the town has no concern for environment; elsewhere permits are necessary and difficult to get to cut down any tree

Please listen to the people. Remember the children, the parents and teachers & staff who will be greatly affected. I am a resident who live along the main road and close to St. Noel Chabanel school but my request is nothing personal. I’m feeling for all the people mentioned above and all the others who all have valid and reasonable concerns on this petition. Please do not approve this proposed project.

Enough already.. The last thing we need is higher density in an already high density area putting a further strain on an already under serviced town.

This is out of control for the current infrastructure of the town. Growth is necessary, growth hurried is destructive.

this area is a rare beautiful eco system on its own. Leave it alone. Lots of other places available
