I support new development in Palm Grove. But I oppose the proposed construction project at 571 NE 67th Street. It is too large, too tall and with setbacks that are too small. It will literally cast a shadow over our homes, and pave the way for the kind of thoughtless construction that Palm Grove Neighborhood has worked hard to prevent over the past ten years.
Please ask the architect and developer to modify their plans so that they are more compatible with Palm Grove Neighborhood.

I have lived in the Palm Grove area for over 15 years and feel this project is to large for the area.
I oppose the proposed high rise construction and request that the plans are modified to a height that will not be out of keeping with the neighborhood.
New construction should always be in scale with the existing context.
This is a travesty in our community. It is shameful that our representatives would see this as something that any home owner would want.
