This proposed plan would be terrible for Magnolia. Much too large!

Totally opposed!!!!! Make the entrance to this village lower key, and more aesthetically pleasing to complement our original heritage and architecture. Thanks

Too big. Parking and traffic would be a big difficulty because of it.

Needs to be mixed use, commercial zone. Should have to adhere to zoning restrictions. Between the blatant disregard for wetlands permitting (seen elsewhere in town) and population impacts, Magnolia is slowly slipping.

The building is too large and ugly for the quaint community of Magnolia. Please deny the variance request for this building.

i am opposed to approval of special permits that increase building height, # of units, septic requirements and in favor of development that remains on the former foot print only

Eva here I have been a happy resident of Magnolia since 1978. I was drawn to this laid back oasis in a chaotic world for all the reasons that my neighbors chose this exceptional location. Let us preserve this jewel. stop 35 Fuller St development!
