We strongly oppose the cannabis facility. Their operations are a fire hazard due to the oil in the clippings, will use an extraordinary amount of our precious water and they bring an unwanted element to our community.

I stand in firm opposition to this large commercial facility being allowed to build on rural grazing land so near to residential properties.

We do not need this kind of a facility in our community.

I support the neighbors on Pennmansprings Road in their opposition to the Cannabus farm. I also wrote to SLO Co Supervisors about the cannibus farm on South River Road, 1/4 mile from Paso Robles city limits. We do not want that farm to be approved either.

Two leading issues (of many) with a cannabis grow sited like this one: Odors, which even with indoor grows, cannot be sufficiently mitigated; stress on the groundwater basin, also not mitigated as cannabis is not held to the same offset requirements as other crops.

My property is surrounded on three sides by vineyards. My well went dry at harvest time three years ago so I had to sell that parcel and move next door to my other home that has a good well. Not a great well, but it's all I've got. This facility would further jeopardize the fragile water table. I can't afford another well.

This project is incompatible with the neighborhood. It will take precious water resources for a federally illegal crop, degrade Kit Fox habitat, create odor problems, and bring shady characters. Please support the appeal and voice your opposition to our supervisors!

Why does our San Luis Obispo County continue to approve these pot plantations? They are detrimental to our environment and certainly should not be allowed to be so close to our neighborhoods.

4242 Shadow Canyon Templeton There are many reasons to decline this grow, but the biggest I see is the water cost. Our county can’t afford the water this crop takes! Please decline this project!

Not consistent with prudent land management considering drought and residential use of wells. The water table is already dropping faster than previously predicted. Continued warming of planet will exacerbate water availability. This is the wrong place for this kind of agriculture.

To allow this operation is simply wrong on every level
