Please vote against allowing a cannabis operation from being in neighborhoods or any where near where people already live.

I don’t live out that far in Paso, but definitely oppose such outdoor projects and gross use of water. Water is more important then anything else, especially when we’re always asked to CONSERVE it and are now paying “Premium higher prices” for it.

The East side of Paso is not able to plant grapes due to water shortage however they are allowing cannabis farming which takes significantly more water than vines. In addition to the rest of the objections, which are completely valid, how is this acceptable?

Cannabis should never be approved in residential areas or anywhere near a park. The state of Californa has enough cannabis. There is a severe water shortage so why is this even being considered. Also why are you not insisting on these farms being put in a commercial area. I 100% oppose this grow.

Absolutely no. We have a pending project for cannibus consumption open to the public on Dresser Ranch Road. Absolutely not appropriate for this neighborhood as well as penman springs!!!

There is a water shortage in Paso Robles and most of it is in that area where water Wells have gone dry and the homeowners had to have water brought in.

Paso Robles is one of the few beautiful towns left in California, let’s not junk it up with Cannabis farms . Go up north or the Central Valley.

This cannabis project should not be allowed so close to homes, schools and the Paso Robles City limits. Why was this approved in such a high water demand area? SLO County Planning Department needs to stop approving every grow and claiming they will not harm the environment.

I think this site is a terrible idea!! This site is so close to family homes and the park!! With CA going into a severe drought this would be very irresponsible!!!!

I oppose this project. Children are very impressionable and easily influenced by corrupt and irresponsible people. Time to re-set a good example of how communities used to protect one another from criminals of greed and low self esteem. Stop the cannabis grows.

Commercial cannabis facilities and outdoor grows should be restricted to industrial/commercial zoned land. Rural and residential neighborhoods for cannabis production should not be allowed in San Luis Obispo County. In addition, San Luis Obispo County needs to discontinue processing all cannabis permit applications with a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and process with an Environmental Impact Report(EIR). I strongly oppose the proposed cannabis facility located in Penman Springs Rd. in Paso Robles.

I oppose this project on Penman Springs Road. It is too close to City limits and the Paso Robles water basin is in too much of a decline to allow such a project.
