Not needed, and jeopardizes overloading road infrastructure currently in place with all of the other residential projects in the works

You should be thinking about a good sporting complex not another set of inflated cost apartments

To much high density development in the area already.

I oppose this proposal for several reasons. Mainly, I believe the traffic congestion will be immensely overwhelmed at CR-K and CR-P intersection. I am also concerned that additional cost for emergency services will be increased. There are a lot of other undeveloped areas that may be a better fit for this complex.

Some schools are over capacity now. Keep this commercial zoned or individual private home ownership.

This is not a positive addition to this area or Oconomowoc.

The land should be developed commercially or be rezoned to single family homes.

Only would be in favor if the city built a community pool or the developers proposing this did, we need more smentities if we’re bringing in more people

The common council needs to not allow this property to be rezoned to high density as it's a rural area. It will be completely out of place with the surrounding subdivisions and farm fields. The land should be developed commercially as it was intended or rezoned to single family homes.

This is way too many units for the area. Additional traffic on P will require a road expansion/upgrade to accommodate the additional 300+ vehicles it will bring to the area. NO to this. Thank you, Natalie

High density housing deflates single family home values, destroys small town feel and appeal, exasperates traffic issues on local country roads, and stresses local infrastructure, existing law enforcement and fire protection.

That area is getting too busy as it is. No new expensive apartments needed.
