I truly believe that Oconomowoc town planners have not seriously & comprehensively created a long term plan for the city. To name just a few have they taken into account all environmental impacts to the city (and natural habitats of wildlife ), the current available housing already and that is still under construction; staffing issues at businesses , cost of living. We have and are developing so many new retail and restaurants with staffing being a HUGE issue. On a daily basis I encounter service that is slow, items not stocked , unexpected closing due to shortage of staff. I don’t blame the business at all. It’s a struggle to find workers that will work for wages of what these businesses can afford in our area. I have looked at rents in the area and there is no way I could ever afford to live anywhere in lake county and work at a restaurant or store with the current wages. Nor would I want to have to commute 20-45 minutes to a job in lake country and spend the money on gas along with wear and tear on car.

There would be too many residents with the prairie creek ridge expansion, baseball fields, pickleball courts, and Snyder farm developments. The traffic on P has substationally increased and the roads are terrible. Meadowview may not be equipped to handle additional an influx in enrollments which would require a new school and more taxes to build one.
