My family vacations to the area frequently and this would deter us from coming there. It is a beautiful place and does not need to be impacted by this facility.

This will completely take away the beauty Bradley has to offer. There is no need for a random massive industrial structure to be in the middle of such a beautiful area that is home to so many farms and families.

Our Oak Shores community is already faced with ongoing water shortages and environmental challenges. A marijuana mass production and possibly dispensing location adjacent to Oak Shores is a detriment to the existence of the Oak Shores area as we know it today. Allowing a manufacturing and distribution business of any kind across the street from Oak Shores is a bad idea. B K Brintle Lot & Tract 381/246

Oak Shores is a small, passive, rural residential area. For over 50 years, our community has peacefully co-existed with the surrounding dry land, cattle ranching families. I feel the development of high intensity grow house farming of any commodity here is out of line with our current infrastructure. For example, our roads are not designed for excessive daily traffic; we have few nearby work force housing units. There is significant impact a facility, as proposed, would have in the area.

I strongly oppose these particular cannabis grows. There is no road easement for these grow parcels, they will be encroaching on private roads in the middle of cattle pasture. We have very little fire support here, I supply the water for CalFire here in this area, (350,000 gallons for #ChimneyFire) we've almost lost everything to wildfires several times in the last 5 years. We as a community can not afford to fight fires now as it is, nor do we have the funding for the Firefighters needed to protect us. Also, these grows will endanger & pollute the water table with pesticides and inorganic & organic fertilizers, there are Blue Lines (creeks) that provide potable well water all through these proposed properties. We STRONGLY oppose these cannabis farms on these particular parcels. Please contact Bryson Hesperia Resort, 1-805-472-0163 if SLO County Planning Department needs proof of above stated comments.

If they proceed with cannabis cultivation on Lynch Canyon, it will change the whole dynamic of the serenity that people are looking for when they live in the oak Shores community.

I think there are better places to place commercial enterprises and this is not a good use of commercial entitlements on a rural AG property.
