I strongly oppose this proposed business in close proximity to the retirement/recreation communities of Oak Shores and Christmas cove. Its quite simply the wrong location for such an invasive business. Being an amateur astronomer, I find Oak Shores to be a Great location because of it's lack of city lights. I live part time in Salinas and know quite well the orange glow of the greenhouses reflecting off the cloud cover...A HUGE NO For My Family

I strongly oppose this project. The negative impact on the environment, fire hazard and safety for our communities. This is not going up in our back yard, its going up in our Front Yard, we have to pass to get to our homes, along with the school bus to and from school.

Lot 129 Tract 380 We are against the marajuana growing & processing facility. The facility will bring trespassers from the road, and lake routs, which, will in turn, cause trespassing and break-in issues at the OSCA facilities. Also, the odor from the ripened products will be OVERWHELMING! I say Absolutely NO to their proposal of this use of the property. Larry Murray Oak Shores member since1980, lot 129 Tract 380 8265 Anchor Way

The entire area for miles around is rural, and raw with untouched natural beauty. The only exception is a few working cattle and horse ranches. It would be a shame to approve this processing facility to erect buildings with sizable parking lots and create a business where potential one hundred people would work in the middle of this very rural area.

This proposal for Marijuana Growing on Lynch Canyon has no place in that area. Businesses like this need to be not visible and not anywhere near homes. This is a fire danger and potential for polluting the river going into the lakes.

I do declare Strong Opposition to Commercial Cannabis Facility. In 2015 (of near that time), a fire started across the lake with an illegal crop growing.
