I strongly oppose this idea. The traffic and element of people that would now be coming here gives concern. When we bought our home in Oak Shores in 2014 this was in no way presented to us. Oak Shores is a serene haven we would like to keep this way. I am also not okay to possibly have home price value decline vs. understanding of future developments we were advised of when we purchased our home. My family vehemently objects to this.
