I strongly disagree with the Negative Declaration and find it so alarming that our County Planning Department finds this Marijuana Plantation of NO SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON OAK SHORES AND ALL OF THE FAMILY RANCHES AND HOMES NEARBY WHO WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE FALLOUT FROM THESE COMPANIES THAT CAUSE US SO MUCH GRIEF!!!!

I am vehemently apposed to this proposed use of the property located on Lynch Canyon by Greenmilk LLC for the purpose of cultivating and manufacturing cannabis and/ or cannabis products.

Go somewhere else! We don't need that kind of business in our area, disturbing our wildlife, polluting our water sources, disturbing the quiet. STRONGLY OPPOSED!

Send them to Greenfield. The "Cannabis" industry has already ruined that town. Smelled it lately?

We strongly oppose! Besides the perspectives other have mentioned, I strongly believe this might contaminate our water supply that is already fragile enough!

Track 378 Lot 74 We appose this installation for the following reasons and some not listed here: 1. Increase in traffic and accidents on Lynch Canyon and Inter-lake. 2. Loss of the privacy offered by rural environment. 3. Likely increase in crime and/or disturbances. 4. likely increase in trash and other clutter along roads. 5. Decrease in property values. 6. Negative impact on animal life in the area. 7. Increase in odors and pollution.

I already have to live with this same situation in Santa Barbara across the road from our property and I have NOTHING positive to say about these encroaching developments. The amount of water they use is enormous, the constant heavy skunk odor extremely unpleasant, the traffic and parking situation is problematic, as well as constant lookie loos checking it out. We are going to the lake to get away from these places, not to vacation or retire by them

This is outrageous from many perspectives: environmental, health, to close to a small family oriented community, traffic, etc. This needs to be stopped.
