Oak Shores is a wonderful family community of approximately 1079 Accessor Parcels with thousands of hard-working people focused on building character and the family unit. There is one road in and out. The whole community will be forced to drive through the center of the large Marijuana factory.
The irreversible effect of the proposed LLC Greenmilk (Marijuana/Pot farm) will damage the children and family's lives. The scope of Greenmilk LLC proposal is a Marijuana monster. Just picture the size of their goal. Also, the dreadful smell for miles. To start 3.75 acres outdoor with huge future growth on over 100 acres. Plus, 22,000 sq. ft. indoor cultivation. Plus, 17,388 sq. ft. indoor growing, and 19,250 sq. ft. of indoor manufacturing, processing, and dispensary in a housed 19,250 square foot building Also, indoor cultivation, 40,572 sq. ft—Plus, 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse. When they put the Marijuana farms into Carpenteria, the smell became dreadful for miles along the 101 fwy. The farms brought crime from the Marijuana. The young kids could no longer play in the yard because of the workers and people looking to score weed. Fences had to be installed around the properties. If the bikes, tools, or toys were left outside, they would be gone in a few days. Our friends and families moved out. Would you allow children to ride down the street through the huge Majuiran/Pot farm, or would you allow this in your neighborhood? This is just wrong in every way!
Although Greenmilk LLC sounds comforting and healthy, the product is a bad drug. According to the National Addiction Center, "Marijuana addiction can be clinically diagnosed and has a negative impact on the person's life." Falling behind in school, having problems at work, an impaired ability to learn and remember things."

Lynch Canyon Road just doesn't seem like the right place for a large scale commercial operation like this. Traffic issues are likely to be a concern, and I don't like the thought of all those oak trees being taken out.

Definitely opposed. Why does the County continue to allow these operations near residential developments? It's appalling.

This proposed Greenmilk Commercial Cannabis Facility is incredibly inconsistent with our surrounding area. It should not be allowed!

This site for Cannabis is not a good site to be in We are in a secluded area of residence Of Oak Shores and like to keep that way. It’s a place relaxing for the weekend. I am not sure if this fist inTo the categories of agricultural do this is not legal to grow according to federal government. Also this site would fall into manufacturing Commercial of the production processing of Cannabis. Requiring many employees working day & night and truck delivering and shipping. I see in the site plan the parking lot has up to 50 parking place and that would create lots of traffic impact going in an out on Lynch Road and Interlake Road to Paso Robles daily. This owner also owns the development of Oak Shores which already is going to put a large traffic impact on those roads. Trucks going into the site during construction and after completion of this project will cause traffic back ups and delays for residents going to and from the Oak Shores homes. This Land is zone agriculture, but this project would be commercial as well and doesn’t fall into the zone of agriculture. This is the reason for my protest against project

I appose the approval of the Lynch Canyon Commercial Cannabis Cultivation & Manufacturing. The list is endless how this will strongly effect our neighborhoods. The traffic alone is of great concern and the roads cannot support that. There are other areas to approve this type of facility without the effects to a community.

Please do not approve this. The road traffic in the area alone is a reason to be concerned about this. More traffic on this road and the roads leading to/from it are a danger that needs to be considered. There are limited services between here and the hwy, breakdowns and more accidents will happen if there is more traffic.

I strongly oppose the proposed Lynch Canyon Commercial Cannabis Cultivation and Manufacturing Facility of Greenmilk LLC. Has an EIR been done? Where are they going to get the enormous amount of water needed for such an industry? There are plenty of places to put this facility that are not in the vicinity of homes and ranches. Please do NOT approve this.

I strongly oppose the approval of the Lynch Canyon Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Facility. Our beautiful lake and community of Oak Shores is already facing a lot of challenges with Monterey county taking out so much water per year, we do not need another challenger trying to use our water! There are plenty of cannabis farms and facilities, but there is only one Lake Naci!

This county is hellbent on destroying the nicest area in Californa. You know full well there are better more suited places to do this. Put them in Commercial areas and indoor to control smell, light, sound. Or put them so far out of town where it affects no home owners. Shame on you all for making this area another Carpenteria where no one wants to go anymore on vacation or to live. I definitely and adamantly OPPOSE this grow!
