This is the wrong location and the impact to the ground water is too much for this thirsty weed.

Water use is critter issue with severe drought conditions. Facility and drier create additional fire hazards. Traffic and increased loads on roads with heavy equipment for construction and operation. Thank you for your consideration.

THis is not an appropriate area for such a large operation. It should be located in an industrial area zoned for such businesses. It will emit foul odors, strip the groundwater supplies, and create a general nuisance. It should not be allowed on Lynch Canyon Road!

This could harm wildlife and the health of our lake. I have rented in Nacimiento over many years and have made lots of friends at the lake.

STOP, just STOP ruining our Central Coast communities with cannabis grows! Now, we even have an approved cannabis dispensary in downtown Paso Robles. Remember this when voting.

Factories such as this one should be placed in a commercially zoned industrial park not in rural areas, certainly not near homes.

This proposed cannabis factory is not compatible land use in the Oak Shores Community. As the Board of Supervisors you can represent your constituents in Oak Shores or the one applicant Lynch Canyon Greenmilk LLC Manufacturing. This 87,000+ sq foot factory does not belong - it does not fit - in the Oak Shores Community. As a board you would not approve a Pharmaceutical factory, or a Fertilizer plant or even a Food processing factory on this site. You should not approve a Cannabis factory for the same reasons - it is not compatible land use and it is not consistent with the community of Oak Shores. Please deny this project and support your constituents. Do not force this cannabis factory into Oak Shores. Thank you. -Jim and Michelle Wortner, concerned voters, tax payers and residents of Creston, California.
