this is against the Williamson act and this facility does not belong in a natural area like this. how will they irrigate their marijuana plants with what water? How will they control the rodent and squirrel population there's only one way and that is by poisoning them and poisoning any other animals that eat them.

This type of operation does not belong where it is proposed. There are major issues with water, safety, smell and the Williamson Act.

We don't need cannabis cultivation in our community. We don't want our children exposed to marijuana. We don't want increased crime , traffic and over all riff raff. Would anyone want that in their neighborhood? Our environment is fragile here with water and drought, high fire area an increase in commercial traffic not to mention under the influence drivers on a narrow two lane road. Emergency response time is 30 - 40 minutes. Think about this as if an 87,000 square foot marijuana grow physicality was being built on your block. How would that affect your lifestyle your family's wellbeing your over all quality of life. Pot growers care about their bottom line, not my mine or my family's or my neighbors. No pot grows here please.

Where is the water coming from? How can they cut down oak trees when we can't?

The increase of traffic along with the possibility of people driving while under the influence is a huge concern. We would consider moving if this comes in as safety would be a huge concern.

I adamantly oppose the Lynch Canyon proposal for many reasons. It violates all the restrictions that are issues to a property under the "Williamson Act" mandate with this property is subject to follow. It also violates the tranquil environment that surrounding property owners including the 850 owners in the Oak Shores community would be subjected to live with. In addition the harm to wildlife, water table and environmental pollution that would end up in lake Nacimiento would do irreversible damage to the water, animal and plant life. In addition to all of these critically detrimental happenings if this outlandish project was be permitted to move forward the harm such a facility would do to our impressionable young minds that travel Lynch Canyon on school buses that pass by this proposed facility daily. It is disgusting and outlandish that it is even being considered.

This facility does not belong in this area because we have no fire or police protection, no water, inadequate roads and many species of wildlife who will be affected negatively by any industry coming into our rural area.
