Oak Shores: Tract 381, Lot 001. My family and I strongly oppose this project. The winding, 2 lane road cannot support the additional traffic this project will attract. The community has enough trouble with evacuation during emergencies, (wildland fires, etc.) this business will make it harder to exit the area. The area is a rural residential/agricultural area not suited to this type of business. Not only will the project attract an undesirable amount of people, as a 30 year law enforcement member I can attest to the attraction of an undesirable element of society that local law enforcement will be hard pressed to deter let alone respond to in a timely manner. The Sheriff is spread thin here in the north county. The stench that will emanate from this project will be obnoxious and disturbing to the community.

I strongly oppose these project on this property and hope the county will consider the hundreds of reasons why this should not be approved. Just to name a few, elementary and high school bus stop near by, wildlife, water issues, roadway conditions, but by far my biggest concern is Fire Safety and not having a Fire Station with paid staff on duty 24/7. Please find another location away from Oak Shores, Lynch Canyon.

We are primarily a resort community and this type of business may have a huge impact on our property values.

I strongly oppose the County's approval of Greenmilk's project due to environmental and safety risks, potentially destroying our existing habitat of wildlife and tranquility. The intense water usage for outdoor cannabis farming and greenhouses, in addition to the development of processing and manufacturing facilities, is NOT consistent use with the surrounding cattle grazing and dry farming. The negative impact from the influx of traffic on our narrow, curvy roads, the added fire hazard of a manufacturing facility set in dry landscape, and nuisance from the smell associated with cannabis farming will be highly detrimental to the local area.

I agree with our community, this is not a good idea, this will be a major disturbance to our landscape and peaceful setting.

This facility will be environmentally damaging to the habitat and would have a detrimental effect on the residential and recreational enjoyment of our community. It is incompatible with the other zoned uses and the huge increase in traffic not supported by the curved narrow two- lane road access.

Oak Shores: Tract 379, Lot 048. I oppose to the County's approval of the proposed Lynch Canyon cannabis manufacturing facility. I also disagree with the County Environmental Coordinator who stated in the letter sent to our community by Oak Shores Management that there will be no significant effect on the environment. That statement is simply untrue. The environmental impact to the communities of Oak Shores and those surrounding Lake Nacimiento along with the wild life are all crucial and noteworthy.

Horrible if this happens! Oak shores needs to stay the quiet and peaceful place it is. This will disrupt lots of parts to our community .

As an Oak Shores Owner (TR 379 LT 123) I oppose the GreenMilk LLC project! Pumping valuable groundwater for water intensive outdoor marijuana growing and greenhouses combined with processing and manufacturing facilities is NOT consistent use with the surrounding cattle grazing and dry farming. The facility will bring the unsightliness of a parking lot and associated traffic not to mention a criminal element hoping to steal from an attractive nuisance destroying the existing tranquility, habitat, and wildlife. This project is NOT consistent with the surrounding area and should be denied.
