A facility of this sort will in multiple ways negatively impact the harmony of our neighborhood as it exists today.

As an Oak Shores property owner I strongly oppose this operation just outside our community.

Please don't allow the cannabis facility near Oak Shores. One of the things I love about going to the lake is the smell of the lake! I don't ever want that to change. Plus, we have a house there for the tranquility and this may change that forever.

Environmental impacts are catastrophic including land, water, and air. There is zero positive impacts this facility will bring to the area. Being from Santa Cruz Ca I have witnessed firsthand and Oppose this facility.

Please do not permit this to go through... it is not the proper use of land in our area and the impact from smell, real estate impact, and moral discomfort are irreversible... just roll your window down when you drive through carpenteria... I oppose the project!!!

Too much extra traffic in our quiet rural area. Not to mention too many unknown people in our private rural area.

I am totally against any Cannabis Cultivation & MFG Facilities that resides outside a residential community and the negative impacts it will have on the safety of our community, the environment, and our personal heath. I ask each counsel member who is in favor of such a facility, would you want this type of plant in your backyard or neighborhood? Would you want to raise your children in a neigherhood that promotes drug use and the crime that it will draw? The answer is obvious, "NO" you wouldn't nor would anyone else. Please consider all the impacts and a better location, that has little or no impact to a residential neighborhood.

We had a Cannabis farm 20 miles away from our house in Camarillo Ca. Cannabis discharges a strong skunk odor that carries for miles. We could not get away from the smell even though the cannabis farm was 20 miles away.

Excessive amounts of chemicals that are used in these growing operations will eventually contaminate the soil and the watershed.

Our community is not equipped for this commercial activity. We need to remember the mobility needs of Fort Leggitt and others.
