Opposition to Loop 360 Development #SPC-2016-0453C 

We are totally opposed to this inappropriate proposal - it’s a really bad idea on many levels

Strongly oppose the dumping of sewage on a residential lot. Very unsafe for all the residents

We strongly oppose dumping sewage on a residential lot in our neighborhood.

I can't fathom how it is legal to turn a single residential lot into a sewer dumping ground! Please stop this, this will destroy our family neighborhood.

This entire plan is so crazy that it reeks of just trying to stick it to an affluent neighborhood. There is no other way to justify it.

I oppose the use of sewage water to irrigate land in a private community and strongly oppose the proposed Loop 360 development.

We have opposed this development from the outset. People have purchased property based on long-standing Restrictive Covenants which need to be effectively enforced.

I strongly object to this proposed development.

Bridge Point Elementary is at capacity and traffic on 360 is unbearable. Add another apartment complex will be horrible for our neighborhood. It will also decreases Rob Roy property values.

The City of Austin is completely out of control! No good has come from making covenants for the good of our Eanes Community. The City changes them and we have our hands tied behind our backs. ENOUGH!

There is absolutely no room for development here without infrastructure; this was a beautiful part of Austin, that is now overburdened in every possible way. Before any more development, the current situation needs to be assessed and addressed.

Please do not adopt this project. Traffic in this area is already horrible and really affects quality of life in what used to be a beautiful and desirable area to live.

Overdevelopment and traffic is suffocating our city !
