This shows an utter lack of scruples and ethics, not to mention the harm to environment, water supply, and people who live in this area.

Restrictive covenants should be upheld. This developer bought the land with agreed restrictions attached, and should be forced to live by them.

The additional traffic plus te water issues and the sewage disposal issues makes this proposal fall completely outside the zoning allowances. If you approve this variance from the rules, each and every one of you should have to live beside the disposal field for the remainder of your time in Austin.

The idea that the city of Austin would allow a residential Single Family lot to be rezoned for a sewage field in a residential neighborhood is absurd. Please do not consider this ludicrous request.

My home resides directly across the street within 50 feet of 25 St. Stephens Road and adjacent lot owned by the developer. The addition of this Sewage disposal would directly effect my property’s value and the potential off gassing from this site would affect my family’s Quality of Life! To rezone property from a residential single family is not being a responsible steward of the Zoning Commission.

Live at 73 St Stephens and am surprised the city would even consider approving this development next to a Single Family neighborhood and across from a wild life preserve. This is not responsible growth. You have no choice but to vote NO to the application to develop the area as currently slated.

We are opposed to this development. Our house would be next to the septic field. This is a neighborhood, not a commercial septic area. The beauty of 360 has been hurt enough at this point and we certainly do not need an apartment complex to add to the congestion.

Please do not approve this development. The traffic infrastructure is already beyond capacity. The neighborhood views should also be taken into account.

Using a residential lot to have sewage sprayed for treatment in our neighborhood is a very bad idea, Despite record rainfalls, our water system is still restricted due to lack of supply - THIS AN ILL-CONCEIVED PROJECT FOR THIS LOCATION
