Until the City of Austin solves the dangerous traffic situation THEY CREATED in the earlier development variances that resulted in the approval of the Grand Duca Hotel and Apple Building development, the City has absolutely NO BUSINESS granting another high density development on 360 . . . . . . and who in their right mind would approve the use of a residential lot for sewerage effluent disposal?!?!?!?!?

It is not appropriate use to utilize a homesite zoned residential as a sewage waste site. The city council should not approve use of 25 St. Stephens as a sewage waste site. This property currently serves as a residence in the Rob Roy Neighborhood and such use should be maintained as it is appropriate use within a residential neighborhood. Use as a sewage field for a commercial enterprise would constitute "Commercial Use" and is not appropriate for this site. Charlotte Brigham, Rob Roy Board Member 512-423-5707

I support my neighbors in their opposition to this project. Let's spend our time and resources on ways to improve the traffic situation on 360 before adding additional high density housing to an already stressed system.

Austin needs to add more lanes or fix the traffic issue before building apartment communities.

What can anyone be thinking - to put any more traffic on 360???? It’s already a parking lot during rush hour - and rush hour is about three hours long in the evenings!!! Shame on you!

The proposed sewage lot is on my running route through the neighborhood. Please do not let them turn that house into a foul-smelling place that I run by everyday. Thank you, Hannah (16 Hedge Lane).

Sewage disposal on residentail lot? Not really a good idea.

Granting even more variances to this project is both unreasonable and unfair. Furthermore, the proposal to convert the adjoining 25 St. Stephens single-family property into a sewage handling area for the waste of the too many proposed apartment units, will grossly impair the use of adjacent properties, and have a very detrimental effect on the character of the neighborhood. All of this goes against basic zoning variance guidelines and plainly detracts from "reasonable use" of the single-family 25 St. Stephens property.

As someone who lives along 360 and a tax payer, I would like to see traffic settled before adding more drivers on 360.

I have lived in Rob Roy for 14 years and could not be more opposed to the 800 Capital of Texas Highway development plan.
