I am opposed to this facility being built in this area. Our Lake has suffered enough with runoff. This is definitely not needed or wanted in this immediate area.

The farmers in the watershed have rules to follow why would you ever approve this large number of birds in the watershed! Just crazy! Manure is a big issue, remember that problem??!!

I oppose this project. If it does move forward strong control & inspection requirements must written into corporate documentation and/or land deeds to ensure compliance. Fnancial penaltes for measurable non-compliance must be a condition of the permit approval. I have a residence in the watershed.

This is definitely not what we need in our Watershed! Especially at this time. No matter what the precautions there is always the possibility of accidents that would be extremely detrimental to the lake!

Sad to hear that something like this is being proposed after all the progress that has been made to clean up the lake and sustain it! I can't make the meeting but definitely oppose this endeavor.

Accidently spills ALWAYS happen. We can't afford to take a chance with our public resource to benefit 1 private business.

While we are at it, let's eliminate the Canada geese who are a major factor in the degradation of the lake. It should be against the law for anyone including the State of Ohio from feeding the geese and protecting them.

You have to put people and safety before the money. Care now, let the watershed stabilize before adding mass variables.

This facility should not be approved until the lake has been improved and its condition is deemed stable. Time should be allowed for evaluation of improved animal facility waste management procedures before approving new facilities.
