Opposition to Development on 156 and 28th

We vehemently oppose this proposal.

We don’t need any big developments here, we don’t have enough schools, street parking, etc, as is

I strongly oppose the proposed development

Too many people in a small area, street parking is absolutely full as it is, we cannot handle any more street parking, too much traffic already on these nearby roads, I am strictly opposed to so many units being built here

This is way too much density for this corner.

While that area may need to be developed beyond what it is. This proposal goes way beyond and needs to be scaled back. Far to many units. No 6 story buildings.

Please keep the area with townhouses and not towers.

I am opposed to the massive ridiculous apartment development and excessive commercial space of our quiet community. The streets, and the schools can not manage the current levels of population that we have now. Wake up City of Surrey

This construction is a nightmare, we are currently struggling with the existing houses itself. Overflow of school, no proper planning, no infrastructure. No more houses should be allowed in the area

We oppose the stress on parking ob local streets excessive density bringing pressure to our already stressed amenities and infrastructure
